KINDLY NOTE THAT:
If your desired unit or order is not available for immediate purchase you are welcome to pre-order it note that the turnaround time is 4-5 weeks (please anticipate delays).
•We only accept returns or exchanges if the product has not been used, is in original condition & in the same package as received by customer.
•Item must be return within 7 working days after customer has received the product.
•We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been cut or damaged if so, the client is responsible for any future costs to be incurred for the cut or damaged product the client is required to keep the cut or damaged product, and we fix any other issues related to the product.
•Clients are responsible for wig cap size requests, if the size requested by client is too big or too small the client is responsible for costs that will be incurred for the resizing, if we are at fault we will offer resizing services free.
• Should you experience any issues with our product after 3 or more months of consumption we cannot offer any exchange nor refund but only offer maintenance assist at a charged fee.
•The client is responsible for tracking and tracing the package once in transit. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company.
Kindly note a deduction of 5% will be made for admin fees should you cancel or request for a refund due to your own personal reasons once your specific order is ready.

We offer full refunds on immediate returns due to dissatisfaction and quality related issues only if the product is return in original state.
•Refund will be granted once customer returns the product & receiver confirms receipt of product.
•The product needs to be returned in the original package & in original state.
•If the product has be used kindly note that you will not receive the full refund.
•Refund may take 2-5 working days!
